This 2-Day Cadaver Dissection and Live Surgery Rhinoplasty Course has been meticulously designed to provide participants with a
comprehensive and in-depth educational experience in nasal anatomy and rhinoplasty surgery. The program follows a Step-by-Step
approach, progressing from fundamental concepts to advanced surgical techniques, combining theoretical knowledge transfer with
hands-on surgical skill development. Under the guidance of expert instructors, this multidisciplinary
training aims to equip participants with proficiency in open and closed rhinoplasty techniques, structural and preservation rhinoplasty
methods, osteotomy techniques, and nasal tip surgery. The step-by step instructional model ensures that each surgical phase is thoroughly explained, followed by practical cadaver dissection sessions to reinforce the techniques learned.

DAY 1- CADAVER-BASED RHINOPLASTY TRAINING

09:00 – 09:30 Theoretical Introduction – Fundamentals of Rhinoplasty Anatomy: – Layered anatomical structure of the nose
(bone, cartilage, skin, and soft tissue). – The importance of anatomical variations in surgical planning.
09:30 – 10:30 Step-by-Step Introduction to Rhinoplasty Surgery – Nasal Incisions: – Demonstration of open and closed
techniques. – Practical demonstration of dissection methods.
10:30 – 10:45 Coffee Break
10:45 – 12:30 Practical Dissection – Cadaver Training – Open Rhinoplasty: – Dissection of nasal skin and soft tissues. – Exposure of bone and cartilage structures. – Septum and Tip Surgery: – Correction of septal deviations and
septoplasty techniques. – Suturing techniques for tip projection and rotation.
12:30 – 13:30 Lunch Break Lunch will be provided for participants.
13:30 – 15:30 Advanced Techniques – Practical Training
15:30 – 15:45- Osteotomy Techniques: – Accurate osteotomy of lateral bone structures. – Techniques for creating the ideal nasal
contour. – Cartilage Graft Applications: – Use of septal, conchal, and costal cartilage grafts. – Hands-on practice of graft placement by
participants.

DAY 2- LIVE SURGERY DEMONSTRATION

09:00 – 12:00 Open Rhinoplasty – Live Surgery Demonstration – Surgical Process: – Open technique procedures including nasal
incisions, dissection, septum surgery, and graft applications. – Step-by-Step explanations provided by the
surgeon, with participants observing the entire process on a live screen.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch Break Lunch will be provided for participants.
13:00 – 16:00 Closed Rhinoplasty – Live Surgery Demonstration – Surgical Process: – Closed technique procedures including nasal
correction, cartilage graft applications, and creating the ideal nasal contour. – Step-by-step explanations provided by the
surgeon, with participants observing the entire process on a live screen.
16:00 – 16:30 Q&A and Discussion Review and discussion of the surgical procedures with the surgeon.
17:00 – 17:30 Certificate Ceremony
